What is paracord? 

 It is also known as paracord 550. Used in parachute therefore the cord is strong & versatile. We tie them up as a bracelet so user can carry it wherever they go. During emergencies, user can deploy this bracelet. It will be a single/double (depend on your bracelet type) cord that is at least 6 feet long per cord. After bracelet is deployed, customer can come back to us, share your stories & photos. We will send you a brand new bracelet as a replacement. (Terms & Conditions applied)

This is 550 cord used in our military lighter pouch. The sheath of this commercial parachute cord is braided from 32 strands and the core made up of seven two-ply yarns. Breaking strain is approx 250 kilos (550lbs) per string.
